Lagos - Mavin Records artiste Dr Sid is currently a student at the prestigious New York Film Academy(NYFA)
The singer left Nigeria about three weeks ago to live in New York where he will be training for a couple of months.
Dr Sid has now joined the elite group of Nigerians who attended the film school. Others include Nollywood producers Kunle Afolayan, Stephanie Linus, Chika Ike, music video director Kemi Adetiba and Empire Mates Empire artiste Banky W.
Banky W made his movie directorial debut ''A Music Film Experience.' On his return from NYFA
The record executive went for a 3 month course to study filmmaking.
The E.M.E boss project consists of 2 music films and a music video.
